MODZ 48V 60Ah Nano Lithium Battery Bundle

Upgrade a compatible 48V electric golf cart with the compact 51.2V, 60Ah MODZ Nano and its matched onboard charger.

Included in the bundle

  • MODZ Nano battery and UL-certified 20A onboard charger.
  • Universal mounting brackets and hardware.
  • LED state-of-charge meter with wake-up button.
  • 16-foot 14 AWG extension cord and 40-inch 2 AWG power cables.

Everyday monitoring

Features include an integrated digital battery display, audible low-power/fault alerts, an IP66-rated enclosure and MODZ mobile app monitoring with scheduled charging. MODZ's integrated mounting arrangement attaches the charger directly to the battery.

Fitment and installation

For compatible 48V-class systems, not stock 36V carts. Check your exact cart and battery-tray configuration against the manufacturer chart. Some applications require minor modifications. RXV metal-tray installations require a separately sold RXV bracket. Epic carts are not chart-approved for the Nano configuration. Verify mounting, clearance and electrical connections before ordering.

48V-class

Electric

51.2V/60Ah Nano for compatible 48V electric systems. MODZ chart lists Club Car DS 48V with six 8V battery tray, Villager 48V, Precedent, Tempo and Onward; EZGO RXV; Yamaha G19/G22, G29/Drive and Drive2; and specified other makes. EZGO TXT/Freedom 48V, Express and Navitas may need minor modifications. RXV metal tray requires a separate RXV bracket. Epic is marked incompatible for Nano. Not a stock 36V replacement. Helpful photos: the whole cart, its identification label, the old part number, and visible connectors. Do not disconnect wiring just to take a photo.

Edit cart details

Cart details are saved on this device only. Do not enter personal information here. Changing carts clears the previous configuration.

Unknown details will not be treated as confirmed.

Not sure which cart you have?

Use the vehicle label and manufacturer guidance to identify your cart. Body panels, batteries and drivetrains can be changed; a model name alone does not prove part compatibility.

Club Car

Club Car: check the barcode label below the passenger-side cup holder or above the pedals. The model letters are followed by the model-year and production-week digits. Use the manufacturer directory to confirm the prefix.

E-Z-GO

E-Z-GO: for models purchased before 2023, the manufacturer points to the steering column or below the driver-side seat. Location varies by model. Photograph the complete label, including the manufacturer code.

Yamaha

Yamaha: check under the seat at the floorboard/motor compartment, on the frame under the rear bumper, or beneath the driver-side glove box. Use the full identification label, not just the body appearance.

Park securely, set the parking brake and remove the key before looking for labels. Do not touch electrical terminals or work underneath an unsupported vehicle.
