Orders are typically shipped within 1–5 business days using USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
- Estimated delivery time: 2–7 business days
- Flat rate shipping: $15.00 on orders under $299
- Free shipping: Orders of $299 or more

SHIPPING TO HAWAII & ALASKA
We do ship to Hawaii and Alaska, however the following conditions apply:
- Estimated delivery time: 7–31 business days
- Shipping rates are not calculated automatically at checkout
- After your order is placed, we will manually calculate the shipping cost
- You will be contacted to approve and complete payment for the adjusted shipping cost
- Orders will not ship until the updated shipping charge is accepted

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
STANDARD RETURNS (LOWER 48 STATES)
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- Item must be unused
- Item must be in original condition and packaging
Refunds will be issued for the order amount minus original and return shipping costs

All sales to Hawaii and Alaska are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for orders shipped to these locations.
