We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

RESTOCKING FEE
A 25% restocking fee applies to all approved non-defective returns.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To qualify for a return, items must meet ALL of the following conditions:
- Be in the same condition as received
- Be unused and uninstalled
- Be in the original packaging
- Include all hardware, components, manuals, and accessories
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
🚫 Returns will be denied if items are:
- Installed or used
- Modified in any way
- Damaged after delivery
- Missing parts or packaging

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

DAMAGES & ORDER ISSUES

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

HAWAII & ALASKA ORDERS
All sales to Hawaii and Alaska are final.
- Returns and exchanges are not accepted
- Warranties are void for orders shipped to these locations

EXCHANGES
We do not process direct exchanges.
To receive a different item:

2. Place a new order once approved

EUROPEAN UNION (EU) ORDERS
If an order is shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return within 14 days, provided:
- Item is unused and uninstalled
- Item is in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is provided

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval.
If approved:
- A 25% restocking fee will be deducted
- Original shipping charges are not refunded
