Plan the right installation

Match the exact cart, drivetrain and electrical system before choosing installation add-ons.

A solenoid’s coil voltage is not its main-contact voltage rating. Pack voltage alone does not establish compatibility.

Check before adding a contactor or harness

Cart year, make, model, battery voltage and Series / Regen / AC drivetrain.
Exact controller and motor model, required continuous and peak current ratings.
Contactor coil/control voltage and maximum switched DC voltage, including charging voltage.
Correct wiring harness, terminals, mounting and any manufacturer-required precharge components.

Required items vary by kit. Do not buy duplicate parts already included in your selected package.

Fitment and mounting notes

ICON i40L/i60L, 2023 and newer, 48V factory AC application. Alltrax specifies 48V vehicle use only; a controller-family 72V hardware rating does not approve a 72V ICON conversion. The 2021/2022 displays do not work with this application. Match the factory motor, OEM connectors and kit installation instructions.
