Complete BOLT Energy 51.2V 160Ah LiFePO4 conversion kit for current-model Evolution D5 Ranger 6 and D5 Maverick 6 electric carts.

The Standard kit includes the 51.2V 160Ah battery, Bluetooth receiver, Smart SOC meter, waterproof high-speed charger, mounting hardware, AC hardwire port and cover plates, 15 ft lighted extension cord, ring terminals, tie straps, stickers, and owner’s manual. The Professional kit adds a 30A voltage reducer, two 40-inch 2AWG cables, 400A solenoid, and lead-battery removal strap. Heated variants add self-warming cold-weather charging capability.

Built with prismatic LiFePO4 cells, intelligent BMS protection, Bluetooth monitoring, CAN communication, and a powder-coated steel enclosure designed to IP66 standards.
