Heavy-Duty Aluminum Battery Tray for E-Z-GO TXT / Medalist / Freedom TXT / Non-RXV Valor

Verified fitment:

  • E-Z-GO TXT / Medalist: 1994-2013
  • Freedom TXT: 2014-Up
  • Valor: manufacturer-listed applications that are not RXV

Does not fit RXV. If your cart is badged Valor and you are unsure whether it uses an RXV-family chassis, verify the platform before ordering.

Designed for 36V/48V electric carts and divided into six compartments for six 6V or six 8V batteries.

  • Aircraft-grade aluminum construction for corrosion resistance and strength.
  • Bolt-on installation using existing mounting points; old tray removal may require cutting or drilling.
  • Includes battery tray, two retainer plates, mounting hardware, and installation manual.

10L0L explicitly lists TXT/Medalist 1994-2013, Freedom TXT 2014+, and Valor models, and explicitly excludes RXV. Because E-Z-GO has used Valor branding on more than one platform, WGC labels the Valor application as non-RXV and requires platform confirmation when the chassis is uncertain.

Helpful photos: the whole cart, its identification label, the old part number, and visible connectors. Do not disconnect wiring just to take a photo.

Not sure which cart you have?

Use the vehicle label and manufacturer guidance to identify your cart. Body panels, batteries and drivetrains can be changed; a model name alone does not prove part compatibility.

Club Car

Club Car: check the barcode label below the passenger-side cup holder or above the pedals. The model letters are followed by the model-year and production-week digits. Use the manufacturer directory to confirm the prefix.

E-Z-GO

E-Z-GO: for models purchased before 2023, the manufacturer points to the steering column or below the driver-side seat. Location varies by model. Photograph the complete label, including the manufacturer code.

Yamaha

Yamaha: check under the seat at the floorboard/motor compartment, on the frame under the rear bumper, or beneath the driver-side glove box. Use the full identification label, not just the body appearance.

Park securely, set the parking brake and remove the key before looking for labels. Do not touch electrical terminals or work underneath an unsupported vehicle.
