A solenoid’s coil voltage is not its main-contact voltage rating. Pack voltage alone does not establish compatibility.

Check before adding a contactor or harness

Cart year, make, model, battery voltage and Series / Regen / AC drivetrain.
Exact controller and motor model, required continuous and peak current ratings.
Contactor coil/control voltage and maximum switched DC voltage, including charging voltage.
Correct wiring harness, terminals, mounting and any manufacturer-required precharge components.

Fitment and mounting notes

Alltrax specifies that its Curtis 1264/1268 replacement system uses one adapter supporting both Curtis families. Match the 24-pin Molex connection and the XCT controller programmed for the vehicle. This is an adapter harness, not a controller, and is selected by installed controller/connectors rather than cart model alone.
