Contactor coil/control voltage and maximum switched DC voltage, including charging voltage.
Correct wiring harness, terminals, mounting and any manufacturer-required precharge components.

Fitment and mounting notes

PDS separately excited DC system only. Verify original PDS multi-plug controller. Not DCS, factory TXT48, series or RXV AC. Originally 36V carts require an approved full-system conversion for 48V operation. Motor profile, throttle and supporting component ratings must match.

Alltrax XCT48400PDS — E-Z-GO PDS 400A Controller

Upgrade controller capability while retaining a compatible E-Z-GO PDS DC motor system. Configure the 36V/48V-capable XCT for the actual cart and motor.

USB programming with Alltrax Toolkit, sealed electronics and an integrated heat sink support application-specific setup. A cooling fan is optional on the 400A model.

Match PDS electronics

Verify the original PDS controller and multi-plug connector arrangement. Not for DCS, factory TXT48, series carts or RXV AC systems. A 48V installation on an originally 36V PDS cart requires a properly engineered and approved full-system conversion.

Motor-specific programming and compatible throttle, battery, cables and contactor are required. Amperage is a controller current-class designation, not an unlimited continuous rating. Motor, cable kit and solenoid are not included.
