BOLT Energy 51.2V 60Ah LiFePO4 Professional FactorySync conversion kit for compatible EZGO TXT and RXV carts originally equipped with factory lithium systems, including TXT applications from 2017–2019 and RXV applications from 2020–2022.
The Professional kit includes the 51.2V 60Ah battery, Bluetooth receiver, Smart SOC meter, waterproof high-speed charger, model-specific FactorySync CAN adapter, mounting hardware, AC hardwire port and cover plates, 15 ft lighted extension cord, ring terminals, tie straps, 30A voltage reducer, two 40-inch 2AWG cables, 400A solenoid, lead-battery removal strap, and owner’s manual. The Heated Professional variant adds self-warming cold-weather charging capability.
FactorySync provides plug-and-play communication with compatible factory systems without a controller swap or complex rewiring. Some OEM-specific telemetry or proprietary features may not transfer after conversion, so critical vehicle functions should be verified after installation.
