Alltrax and D&D upgrade parts for factory TXT48 DC
Combine a dedicated Alltrax XCT 400A-class TXT48 controller, D&D regen motor, 4 AWG cable kit and 48V-coil MZJ contactor. This is a DC parts bundle—not an AC conversion and not a 36V-to-48V conversion kit.

Match the existing electronics
For a compatible factory 48V TXT DC system with the matching 16-pin controller configuration, motor interface and battery wiring layout. Not DCS, PDS, series or RXV AC. Do not assume compatibility with factory-lithium ELiTE, factory AC or modified electronics simply because the cart is a TXT.
Installation planning
Set the XCT field map and current limits for D&D 170-516-0003 at 48V. The 4 AWG kit is for standard-duty 400A operation; Alltrax calls for at least 2 AWG for heavy-duty 400A applications. Have hills, towing, passenger load and tire size reviewed. Controller peak amp class is not continuous output.
Verify battery/BMS capability, full-charge and regenerative voltage, motor clearance, speed-sensor wiring, throttle and mounting. Match cable lengths and lug openings. The 48V MZJ coil must match the control circuit; the published MZJ-400D main-contact circuit maximum is 60V DC. Check actual contact duty and whether appropriate replacement or re-terminated leads are necessary.
Not included unless expressly stated by a component: main fuse/holder, suppression diode, mounting adapters, additional harnesses, programming and installation labor. Additional parts can be required. Follow the exact Alltrax diagram and obtain D&D approval for the non-stock application and warranty coverage.
