DCS-specific configuration
Confirm a 36V DCS cart, original controller and 9-pin DCS connection, 19-tooth spline, matching battery/cable layout and motor/suspension clearance. This is not a PDS, series, factory TXT48 or RXV AC package. Despite the controller's wider capability, this bundle's contactor and application are specified for 36V; it is not a 48V conversion kit.
The motor is speed-focused and does not promise increased torque or a specific vehicle speed. Verify the motor outline, sensors, mounting and any necessary clearance changes before ordering.
Installation requirements
Alltrax XCT400 requires at least 4 AWG for standard duty and 2 AWG for heavy duty. This bundle includes the standard-duty 4 AWG option only. Program the exact D&D motor field map and safe current limits. Match MZJ36 coil-drive, contact and mounting requirements; maximum published switched-circuit voltage is 60V DC, including maximum system voltage.
Battery, charger, labor, additional adapters, fuse and separately required diode/pre-charge parts are not included. Modified systems need application approval. Photos show representative component families; connectors and cable lengths follow the exact ordered configuration.
