TXT48 is a specific electrical system
Confirm the original factory-48V TXT DC controller and16-pin configuration, matching throttle and19-tooth motor spline, motor outline/mounting, suspension clearance and battery cable layout. A TXT badge alone does not establish compatibility. Not PDS, DCS, series, RXV AC or an automatically approved factory-lithium/ELiTE application.
The speed-focused motor is not a guaranteed torque upgrade or MPH result. Actual performance depends on the complete system. This package retains DC drive and does not change battery voltage.
Installation checks
Set the correct motor field map and safe current limits.4AWG is the standard-duty400A XCT minimum; heavy duty needs2AWG. Match48V coil drive and all MZJ contact/mounting ratings; maximum published switched-circuit voltage is60V DC, including maximum operating voltage.
Battery, charger, labor, additional mounting adapters, fuse and separately required pre-charge/suppression parts are not included. Obtain approval for modified installations. Photos are representative; ordered SKUs and application cable packing list determine contents.
