D&D supplies the motor, Alltrax controller and cable kit. An MZJ contactor completes this four-piece DC package.

Match the PDS system
For compatible E-Z-GO PDS 36V separately excited DC carts. Check original multi-plug PDS controller, 19-tooth spline, exact motor outline, mounting and suspension clearance, cable lengths and battery arrangement. Not DCS, series, factory TXT48 or RXV AC. This is not a battery-voltage conversion kit.
Torque winding does not establish heavy-duty capability. Included 4 AWG cables meet Alltrax standard-duty 400A XCT sizing only. Heavy-duty use requires 2 AWG or larger as specified by Alltrax. Set motor-specific programming and current limits for actual operating conditions. No specific speed or torque output is promised.
Supporting requirements
Verify MZJ36 coil activation, contact rating and mounting. Published switched-circuit maximum is60V DC, including the system's highest operating voltage. Battery, charger, labor, additional adapters, fuse and separately required suppression/pre-charge components are not included. Obtain approval for modifications.
