E-Z-GO PDS Speed & Torque Bundle — Existing 48V Conversion
For PDS carts already converted to an approved 48V system. This is not a complete 36V-to-48V conversion and does not include a battery or charger.

- D&D 170-516-0003 high-speed/high-torque regen motor.
- D&D DD-WIRE-EZGO-REGEN-4AWG cable kit.
- MZJ-400D-48 48V-coil contactor.
The controller, motor and cable kit are sourced through D&D; MZJ is the sole supplier exception.
Configuration must be confirmed
Retains PDS separately excited DC architecture with the correct original multi-plug interface, 19-tooth spline and matched throttle. Confirm the existing conversion's battery, charger, accessory circuits, coil-control voltage and cable layout. Custom or lithium layouts require measured lead-length and terminal checks. Verify motor outline, mounting and suspension clearance. Not a DCS, factory-TXT48, series or RXV AC package.
Installation limits
Use the exact D&D motor field map and safe current limits. The included 4 AWG kit meets standard-duty 400A XCT requirements; heavy duty requires 2 AWG. Match MZJ48 coil drive, contact rating and mounting, keeping the switched circuit within the published 60V DC maximum, including maximum operating voltage. A controller's voltage range alone does not approve the complete conversion.
Battery, charger, labor, additional adapters, fuse, accessory-voltage changes and separately required pre-charge/suppression parts are excluded. Obtain application approval before ordering. Performance is vehicle-dependent. Photos are representative; the cable packing list defines exact contents.
