E-Z-GO PDS 36V DC upgrade parts, selected together
An Alltrax XCT 400A-class PDS controller, D&D regen motor, 4 AWG cable kit and 36V-coil MZJ contactor for a compatible PDS electric cart. This package keeps the DC system; it does not convert the cart to AC or increase battery voltage.

Required application
36V PDS separately excited DC drive system with matching PDS multi-plug controller connections, battery arrangement and motor interface. Do not choose this package by the TXT body name alone. Not DCS, factory TXT48, series, gas or RXV AC.
Before installation
Configure the XCT's motor-specific field map and current limits for D&D 170-516-0003 at 36V. The included 4 AWG power cables are the Alltrax minimum for standard-duty 400A use, not heavy-duty hills, towing or heavy loads; heavy-duty 400A requires at least 2 AWG. The advertised controller amp class is not its continuous rating.
Confirm battery/BMS and regenerative-charge limits, motor clearance, speed-sensor connections, throttle, mounting, lead lengths and lug openings. The MZJ 36V coil must match the control signal; separately check contact duty and the published 60V DC maximum switched-circuit voltage. Cable re-termination or different leads may be necessary for the installed studs.
Programming, labor, main fuse/holder, suppression diode, mounting adapters and extra signal harnesses are not included unless explicitly identified by an individual component. This is a parts selection, not a guaranteed no-extra-parts installation. Follow the exact Alltrax diagram and obtain D&D approval for the modified application and warranty coverage.
